If you think your kitchen needs a makeover…
This idea of putting in a pantry sign shelf will revamp the old look and give that rustic feeling at the same time.
This easy DIY pantry shelf gives a homey (or farmhouse?) look to your dream kitchen.
It also has a cupboard below with enough room for your cups, plates or your dog treats. (Do you have a dog?)
So if you want a quick and easy update that won’t make too much of a dent in your budget, putting in this pantry sign will make it timeless (don’t you love it?)
2. Rustic Home Decor Ideas – Wooden Headboard
Who doesn’t want a headboard that looks cozy like this?
This was originated in Lisa’s room where she and her grandfather thought of building a less expensive headboard.
She wanted to do something unique without spending a fortune, so she made this Rustic headboard for less than $200.
YES! Less than $200.
If you bought this in an ordinary outlet near you, it might cost you more than $600 – 1000, and lack that personal touch.
Now…Enough with the math…we’re DIYing here.
Because Lisa is passionate about sharing her ideas and teaching you how to recreate them, she has created a step by step tutorial which you can see here.
3. Toilet Paper Holder Shelf
With one look, you can actually think that you can just buy this at a boutique store or craft fair.
But sorry, we’re DIYing here so stop thinking like that.
Just grab a piece of scrap wood and you’re all good to go.
Of course, we will have to find a bronze holder somewhere (or you could even choose gold), but it will not as rustic as this one.
Now, you can shelf your tissue or in this case her air freshener. (that was a good idea)
If you want one and you still cannot figure out how she did it, you can visit the tutorial here
4. Rustic Ball Jar Storage

Ball jars make great storage for your lipsticks, makeups, brushes and cotton balls.
